Enter a name for the folder you’re creating and press Enter. To download an update, select the corresponding Knowledge Base article in the following list, and then go to the 'How to download and install the update' section of the article. Click ‘Folders’ in the left-hand pane, then click the ‘+’ button in the menu that appears. We recommend that you install all updates that apply to you. These updates are intended to help our customers keep their computers up-to-date. We’ll leave the Inbox folder displaying the unread message count, but we’ll change the Deleted Items folder to display the total message count to remind us to empty that folder once in a while. To get help while using the Windows 10 Mail and Calendar apps, select the Settings icon on the lower left corner of the app and then select Help > Open Help.
